The remake has Naomi Watts in, the original is the Japanese Ringu 2.

It wasn't to bad a film. I do like the first better, but the sequel wasn't really that bad when you look at some other film sequels.

The Japanese Ring 1 is fantastic. Not seen anymore of the Japanese ones like

I watched it on Wednesday. Definately not as scary as the first one. The only bit which gave me the creeps was the way Samara was climbing up the well at the end.

I absolutely adore both RINGU and THE RING. Only casually watched RINGU 2 and it didn't really grab me (although I was a tad pissed at the time).

Ringu 2 was OK a bit too all over the shop for my liking but i still liked it.

Couldn't stand The Ring 2....it was flat out awful. What was with the deers??

I loved both the first installments (original and remake).

I liked both the Japanese ones - the girl was much scarier!

I really enjoyed the remake of Ring 1, but we watched Ring Two the other night and I thought it was pretty crap. I was so disappointed as I love horror and had been looking forward to this for a while.
I found it really slow and boring.
