You know, this has bothered me about both Anime and cartoons. Anytime there is this big empire and there is a rebel base that the hero finds, this base is almost always destroyed the second we step into it. Has there ever been a situation where this hasn't happened, because this just seems to happen in about every one of these situations and it bugs me.
