Saw a review of this movie on CNN which comes out in the US this week, and in mid-January in the UK.
They had an interview with Chris Gardner (I think that's his name), on whom the film is based upon. (Reminded me of the build up to "Catch me if you can").
Will Smith and his real-life son (Jaden) play a father and son who are very poor and have hit rock-bottom. Then, Chris manages to get on a training programme at a big investment bank and after encountering lots of challenges on the way (poverty, racism, struggling to raise his kid, splitting up with his missus etc.) become a successful trader.
The film looks very good, check out the reviews.
BTW: The spelling mistake in the title is part of the storyline!
