the pull out method and pregnacy?

If the girl is not on birth control and the only method she and her partner are using is the pull out method ( where before ejaculation he pulls out) what are the chances of pregnancy? Also, He said he ejaculates half in then half way pulls out. percentages would be great if you know them:)
 
"he ejaculates half in then pulls half out" yeah so this isn't the "pull out method" and precum is still present so what's the point in pulling out if you don't even do it right and precum is still there
