what should i eat before or after a workout to obtain all the acids/protein an etc. To gain muscle more efficiently. I already drink (Whey Protein) , i want to gain muscle weight & loose overall body fat (current BFP is 20%). I don't want to eat any fats cause i want my abs to show. A quick lesson on the process of muscle growth please(what its made of)? an how long it takes to heal while i sleep?, when having worked out for about 40min late that day afternoon?
