i've been trying to uinderstand this two definitions, what i read is this., in a preliminary hearing the judge determines whether there is probable couse to believe that the defendent commited the crime, rIf the jugde finds probable couse, the defendent is bound over fo possible indictment in a state with grand jury.
So if the judge finds probable cause that the defendent comitted the crime they go to the grand jury and they also need to find probable couse that the defendant committed the crime?
i need someone to explain me please, i don't know i nees anyone experienced in this. thanks.
please if you need my email to explain me this better add me here-- [email protected]
