I entered a poem last year and they said it would be published in that book. (And yes, I now know that they only publish your poem if you pay for the book), but I haven't gotten the book or any news of it and it was supposed to be published "Winter 2009".
So can anyone tell me, WILL this book be published since I paid for it???
