The Pink Panther (2006)

I saw it as well before I saw Just FrienRAB. It does look terrible from the trailer but the scary thing was that there was other people in the cinema were laughing at the trailer!
 
Doesn't the new Pink Panther film star Steve Martin as Clouseau? That's what I last heard.
There is no way they can make a decent Pink Panther film without Peter Sellers at the helm, there's just no point.
 
I went to a private screening in december. If you remember the Peter Sellers Panther films dont think you can compair to this. Iv always love Steve Martin all the way back to the Jerk. But his no Sellers and this is just a remake and the comedy is the same but not fresh as it was back then.
Its like remaking the airplane movies with the same gaggs and new actors. But comedy is comedy and Martin is great.
I dont know if its been recut since i saw it. But have fun.
 
Steve Martin may have been good in the seventies and eighties but he's produced absolute dross since then - if they were going to remake The Pink Panther (and I don't think that they should) then maybe Lee Evans might have been a more interesting choice
 
I just saw the trailer - it actually did raise a smile but even so I agree with Joyitude - sacrilege.

Oh and if
Beyonce didn't do it I'll eat my sandwich
