the pill cramps first time sex?

i am on the combined pill and i am on my pill free week which started on monday - i didnt get my bleed so me and my boyfriend decided to have sex for the first time we are 18 so dont say anything about that please (we also used a condom) yesterday (thursday) didnt hurt at all. but a bit afterwards i started getting real bad abdominal pains like period pains then i got my bleed when i woke up in the morning and i am still having real bad pains. but i thought the pill was ment to stop period pains? and now im paranoid about pregnancy. help! x
 
In my experience the pill doesn't take away any symptoms that you would get if you weren't on the pill. I am on the pill and suffer migraines and insane period pains when I have my red friend. So don't worry it's sounds very normal, I don't think abdominal pain is a sign of pregnancy (especially after just one day), and the fact that you have your cycle is also a good sign.

I know what it's like to worry though so if you would like to ease your mind just go down to the chemist and buy a simple pee on the stick test.
