the book "the perks of being a wallflower" by steven chbosky... if you've read it can you tell me if it's any good? i just finished part one (somewhere around page 40) and i hate it so far. the main character, who's name i can't even remember, bugs the living crap out of me. does this book get better or should i just chuck it out the window like i have the urge to? it's sooo boring so far! i like teen books with romance, excitement, and a bit of an edge. i can't stand the character being a goody goody and i don't consider dropping an f bomb or 2 and saying masturbation to be edgy, just stupid. so yeah... any opinions on the book before i waste more time reading and being annoyed would be appreciated
