I know what your thinking, science hasn't proven anything but here's MY theory, if you strongly oppose it or have another theory as to why it is happening to otherwise perfectly healthy children then step up.
These days Formula is being used as a supplement/replacement for breast milk. Breast milk helps fight allergies, since no supplement can directly mimic everything breast milk does (INCLUDING WEIGHT MANAGEMENT) I have suspicion that the huge prevalence of peanut and other allergies is directly linked to the absence of breast milk and all it's natural allergy fighting agents.
