The Office:An American Workplace Season 7 (US Pace)

i gave up after Season 5. Great show but neeRAB to be brought to a natural end before it gets too stale.

Was season 6 good? I keep meaning to watch it but never get round to it.

It was Ok, not as good as Season 5 though. There were some stand out episodes, particularly Jim & Pam's marriage, but the rest were a bit meh. Season 7's not starting too well though....

Very Disappointed!!

Not one laugh from any episode so far, i really hope they put this dying horse out of its mysery this season, with steve gone, it has no future..

I sense though they shall repeat the mistake of scrubs and do a spin of and kill it slowly and in agony for the viewer....

Having said that, i have invested so heavily in the show, it would be wrong to leave it now....I shall stay till the bitter end...

But like the OP said, its been dire:(

Give over. It hasn't been top quality, like it used to be, but every show reaches this stage at some point. I actually liked episode 3 and am looking forward to this weeks episode;

Yeah, pretty much. The thing is it still gets good ratings in America. I'm sure they would have finished it after season 5 if that wasn't the case. Last season was the very misplaced season, but so far this season has been ok. You won't beat the early seasons. Even House is going the same way. Once you do so many seasons it starts to go off track and loses that spark. That's natural with TV, sadly. We'd all love The Office US to be able to stay at its very best but it aint gonna happen.

Tis fairly obvious Carrell has been thinking this for sometime. There is only so much you can do. Time to end it after this season and after he goes. He is the whole show in my eyes.

I'm a massive fan of the show (better than the UK version i think but that's just my opinion don't abuse me for it!) and I thought the last 2 episodes were a vast improvement on the season premiere. In ep 2 we saw why Michael Scott really is how he is when he had that counseling session with Toby.

I thought last season's wedding episode was one of the best they've ever done, the middle episodes were terrible but got interesting towarRAB the end with the Sabre takeover. It'll be interesting to see how they bring Holly back to Scranton.

What really is starting to grate me is the character of Erin. I know she's meant to be naive but this is not the type of show where we're meant to suspend belief too much. Lines like "why would I need to take the baby to the hospital?" and when she threw the camera away after taking a picture of Dwight because it was a 'disposable camera'. Its really annoying!

Oh my God!! Just when I was beginning to lose faith in the show......BAM!! Episode 4 has to be one of the funniest episodes ever. Michael & Dwight on top form and the last scene with Oscar was eye-wateringly funny!!

I enjoyed the episode as well. Had to read the plot on Wikipedia to get clued up on why Andy was doing the sex ed class! The message that Michael left on Holly's phone at the end was really touching and i won't be suprised if they're reunited at the end of the season
