The Nokia 7370 - Unlocked

Technically, I am not sure what it means to get unlocked. I'm looking into getting the Nokia 7370 since my old one died recently, and wondering if it would be compatible with Rogers Canada? And I've heard unlocking makes it? I have no idea. I'm lost! And maybe someone can try to explain this to me? XD:

Hey s1n. Unlocking a phone is just like saying you are lifting/releasing a restriction so that you are able to use it on any GSM carrier.

The information you gave is what you need to input in your phone so that you are able to access the web and Multimedia messages. Otherwise, all you can do with your phone is just using only for voice.
