Okay so here's the skinny, the local newspaper puts in peoples names that break the law in any way and say what they do. I got an mipt minor in possestion of tobacco. I usually wouldn't care or anything but they didn't even ask me. I'm only 17 and i thought they'd have to ask if i was a minor. So i called the newspaper and the only person that was in was the sports writer, and she said i could call the editor tomorrow, but she also said that she's pretty sure that those type of things are public records so they can do whatever they want. Is this true?
