I have sound forge 7.0 but how do i edit the kbs on it.. I cut out a section of the mp3 saved it in another document in the editing program.. ht how do i change the kbs and the hz can only be reduced to 2000. So how I i get it down to 22? Also there is not a choice of saving it as a .MIDI format.. So how I get that? Please help...
