The name of the sitcom where friends are trying to lose some weight?

Can anyone tell the name of the sitcom(British,I think) where a bunch of friends are trying to lose some weight? At the end of the sitcom there appears a big cake with chocolate :) I really want to find the theme song of this sitcom, it is very optimistic, but I remember only the melody of it and that cake at the end...:)
