The Most Erotic Movie You've seen

Lol! It did cross my mind but I thought I'd see how well this was received first ;)

My choice would be Basic Instinct. I have thought of a few others that would make my top ten (which I may share later if the thread kicks off) but nothing in the mainstream can really beat Sharon Stone at her peak :cool:
 
For me it has to be Jess Franco's Female Vampire (Les Avaleuses). It may be a little slow for some tastes but the gothic imagery is fantastic as is the soundtrack. Just Jaeckin's The Story Of O (Histoire d'O) comes a close second.
 
Despite the ending, I really enjoyed the Japanese film Ai No Corrida (shown on FilmFour).

I guess if you're male though, you wouldn't take to the ending very well at all!!
 
Talking of Kim, her animated character of Holly Would in Cool World broke new ground, somewhat different to Jessica Rabbit. As for erotic films though its not really up there with the usual soft nude offerings, and those that do have pink bits in them, only particular scenes (or two ) could be classed as erotic, rather than the whole film - Basic Instinct, 91/2 Weeks, Betty Blue.

I would have to choose some of the 70s female vampire films, in particular Lifeforce, definitely has to be a film thats more tongue in cheek though, than trying to be serious.
 
I think I'd pick the opening scene of Barbarella. It goes far enough and for long enough to be erotic without becoming p*rnographic or getting boring, which does happen with films with a lot of nudity.
 
Megson is getting very fruity of late. ;)

For my money, you can't beat Margaret Rutherford as Miss Marple in Murder at the Gallop. :D
 
Hey Marillion Fan! Great to see you back. Good choice too - Ms Rutherford was always one to make the heart beat a little faster especially when compared to other Marplettes, Joan Hickson and Angela Lansbury ;)

By the way, I prefer spicy to fruity - Lol. :p
 
I remember a French film on Channel 4 (shown about a year ago). With a bloke who visits a dead artists place, and meets his young girlfriend, then it all started (and didn't stop!) until he kills her or something at the end...
