the ministry of sports tonga would like to compete with as schools in us bb around 2010?

ministry of sports Tonga would like to compete with American Samoa Primary schools (5and 6 graders) in US Basketball 2010. Also, Junior High :Schools as well as High Schools. Please advice that we work together with Dept. of Educ. Tonga. If we can arrange something in advance will be appreciated. Who to contact, please.
