rights of the thugs, who agrees? also what idiot in the house of lords decided that a life sentence doesnt mean a LIFE sentence?
D what are you talking about? vote yes to what? peace?
from some of the answers i now see why so many have so little respect for others.
 
To a large extent the law does work in the favour of the innocent and despite the tabloid nonsense the HRA has had hardly any bearing on criminal matters since coming into force.

Incidentally, A life sentence IS a life sentence and while it does not profess to be life imprisonment it can mean exactly that. I trust you are aware that the Criminal Justice Act 2003 introduced into law the power to pass sentences of indefinite imprisonment?
 
there is no such thing as innocent .We are all born the same.
You only live life once.
Drugs shouldnt be banned because they make people happy.
There should be no law.
If somebody is murdered, the killer will have to deal with the consequences.
Everybody should have freedom , and not have to pay taxes.
Look after yourselfs n stuff..
Steal from the rich and give to the poor lol [i steal food for homeless people- that shouldnt be a crime - agree?]
