Hi! My 13 year old (daughter) and 11 year old (son) just came home from their activities and are STARVING!!!! Should I make them (for snack):
- Half of a peanut butter and banana sandwich on wheat bread with a big glass of 1% milk
- A cup of grapes some 100% fruit juice
- Pita chips and salsa&cheese with water

- Choco. chip cookies (made with splenda & semi-sweet choco. chips) and a glass of chocolate milk
