The Internet on my Sony Ericsson won't work?

Hello!
okay, so i recently bought a used unlocked Sony Ericsson Walkman [W580i] and the internet won't work on it, nor will the picture sending/receiving!
Can anyone help me?
i use Cincinnati Bell, but it used to be an AT&T phone.
