why the kyoto protocol exists??
what counries hven't sign the kyoto protocol??
and the impact this has on Australia??
 
thats funny... i as just researching that.
america has no intentions of submitting america for ratification, but is a member. kazakhstan... isnt ratified, but i dont know if or not it intends to, and china and india are exempted. oh and, it exists because of global warming. and the UFCCC.
