The Idle on my 87 Honda motorcycle is screwed up I tried adjusting it an only made it worst...?

how do i reset the idle valves (fuel and air) . I was adjusting the fuel screw and had it running better but then i turned the air valve and it died on me. The battery died while trying to turn it back on so now i cant turn it on to finish adjusting the valves. I think the fuel valve is set about right but the air valve sucks ....how can you tell when the air fuel mixture is just right???????????? where are the RPM supposed to be when the bike is running on idle????? I need some real advice here cuz i cant seem to get my bike running right!!!!!!! HEEEEEELLLLLPPPPP.

Well, if you still can't start it, try push starting. Hold the clutch while it is In second gear and push it to a good jogging speed. Jump on and pop out the clutch. Most bikes will then start & jump to neutral.
