...it open? I tried pulling on the interior latch and the hood just wont pop open, is there another way i can get it open?
 
Your hood release lever should be pulling a thin metal wire. Find something to clamp around the wire and pull it. If you cannot get to the wire, you might be able to access the hood release through the grille. See if you can reach the clasp with something and manually move it back.
 
your cable is probubly broke you can reach under the hood from the bottom of the car to get at the release.
