The heat in my car only works on the highest setting...?

I noticed that my heater only works on setting 4, which is the maximum setting. No heat, or even cool air, from any other setting. Everything else seems to be working fine. It's a 2002 Jeep Liberty. Is it ok if I don't fix it and just run it off the highest setting?

heater control switch control flow of heat or cold air

possible stuck thermostat
controls how motor heats and cools

fan switch control speed of fan get dirty and loses contract might remove fan switch spray it clean and it might work again or replace switch

could be a heater fan motor, heater resistor, or if you have automatic climate control the control unit. all that is in side dash

ITS OK TO IF YOU WANT FULL BLAST HEAT.BUT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE THE RESISTOR. THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR.OR THE HEAD CONTROL UNIT. BUT MOST LIKELY ITS THE RESISTOR
