Should I replace the LCM? Sometimes the Photocell functions well: turns on the light after ignition switch and wiper are activated, or when I cover the cell by hand. However, during the evening times the low headlight including the high do not turn on; I will be forced to use the High beam by pulling the switch lever and holding.

what the hecks an lcm? If it truly is intermittent, it sounds like a short of some kind, i think the easiest way to check is by carefully examining the wires in the day that attache to the bulb and she if they are close to the engine or any other part that moves electricity sometimes old wires can short touching something else, but dont you have a switch inside you can turn the low beams on like every other car in America. The photocell is normally to turn on day time running lights?
