Just watched this for the first time on ITV. I don't get it. Was the couple at the begining (Where the woman poured oil on the mans head then hit him with the frying pan.) the step mother and father of Daisy and her brother?
Was their neighbour the dark haired girl that was locked in the cupboard by the two other school girls?
Why was there so many white American people in Japan?!
Lol, you can forget the last one.
I just wondered if anybody could help clarify any of it. Thanks for reading anyway.

Sorry, to late to edit my OP. I was trying to find the answers via Google (But didn't.) and realised the girls name is Lacey, not Daisy.

EDIT: Ok, discovered that they were in fact Jake and Laceys' step mum and father and the neighour was Allison.
Apparently there was a bit of time looping going on too.
Found out on Wiki.
