I have been working with NACA and my bank to try to get my home loan modified. I spoke with a representative from www.thegordonlawfirm.com and he certainly made me think there's a way they would be able to help with modifying my home loan even though we aren't past due. (The reason to modify is because we bought in 04/07 when the market was good and now the house is worth about $200K less. Also, the loan is not at a fixed rate and when the loan officer told me they would refinance me for free after we closed, they stopped returning calls). Has anyone had any interaction with them, good or bad? I have all my paperwork from when we bought and I just don't want to go through a mess and waiting game again for no results, especially with a fee based litigator. Any help would be appreciated!
