Is it worth recording 'The Getaway' which is on tonight. it has a very good rating in the TV guide but they gave 'The Wicker Man' a great rating so i can't trust a bloody thing they say.
 
The remake with Kim Basinger is only good if you like masterbating over Kim Basinger while she's having sex with Alec Baldwin. :-|
 
Decent enough film, and Kim Basinger ishot in it. The other woman in it is hot too, though not so much now. (same goes for Kim Basinger too)

Which Wicker Man. If it's the new one then burn the tv guide.

It's the 1972 version so no Kim Basinger in it.

Husband-and-wife crooks flee the scene of a botched bank robbery with the police and assorted villains in hot pursuit. Sam Peckinpah-directed thriller, starring Steve McQueen, Ali MacGraw, Ben Johnson, Slim Pickens, Sally Struthers, Al Lettieri and Dub Taylor
 
The Getaway wasn't that bad to be honest, not a rip-roaring classic, but not bad. McQueen was slap happy, badass with a shotgun and his usual cool self throughout. This in itself has to be a recommendation. :cool:

I found Ali McGraw rather sexy too, in that strange early 70's way.
