The game could not be started. Error (80020148)?

I have a PSP Slim 2000 CFW 5.00 M33-6 . My configuration is running on 5.XX Kernel Fake Region Disabled Access M33 Driver -No UMD required- I cant seem to run Class of Heroes. I tried in ISO and CSO but none work. I have had the same problem with some other games. How can I fix this? I have checked everywhere online. Tried everything. Nothing worked. Can anyone help me seriously?
 
have you tryed putting the iso in the "game 150" or "game 380" folders sometimes its a compatibilty issue, idk try downgrading to cfw 3.90 m33-3 (it seems to be the best ((for me at least)) )
