The front wheel of my bicycle won't move...I think the brake is locked?

Any help here? I'd like to take it out to ride! The back brake/wheel works fine...the front one won't even turn! It's stuck and won't move

just losen the front brake with an aleen key and if it is not that take it to a shop so they can have a look at it
