I have been tryin to find a movie for years now. It is about a girl who is sent to visit her grandmother (I think) and her grandmother ends up tellin her a story about a girl who is born I guess with a curse and they have to keep her away from the sea (been so long since I watched it I do not remember the exact details) later on the grandmother doesnt think that she should tell the girl the rest of the story so the girl takes it and runs off and finishes reading it and the story ends with the girl fallin lin ove with this guy and ends up losing him to the sea. After the girl reads this it flashes back to her memory of her boyfriend and how she lost him (I think in a motorcycle crash). It would be awesome if someone knew what this movie is.
