There was also a reference back to the movie. Burns was going to place a dome over Springfield.
Hopefully soon, the Wiggum scene does sound funny.highperactive

I thought one of the funniest scenes was Chief Wiggum rolling around in the broken syringes and spilled vaccine. Now I know where Ralph gets it from.
