The first set of fighting games

First of all...it's hard to truly judge a game by screenshots alone. Seeing a game in motion accounts for a lot. That being said though, I am a bit surprised to see the ungodly amount of jaggies in all the VF5 shots I've seen.

I remember DOA being more colorful. I could be wrong? I haven't played it since Febuary, when I was with my ex. Personally I don't care about fighting games but I thought it'd be nice to compare two games that were released around the same time, despite being a year apart.

I hate how everything was destructible in the same way. For instance, you go through a wall, the wall damage will look the same ALL the time.

Yeah but it did make the game much more interesting though. I remember one level where I kicked a guy down multiple flights of stone steps. I was like "ow...ow...ow...ow...ow" as he went down.

thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud!

OWWWW!!! OMG! I BROKE SOMETHING!!!!

thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud! thud!

Classic.

Why are the DOA screens only in 480i/p?
Only 720p ingame shots I could find were of the MC and the NG guy, but there's a world of difference.

both sucks imo. DOA was dead since first one - then they started milking the female models, VF also dead. only 3d fighting game thats people actually play and compete without getting tired off within few weeks is tekken+soulcalibur series
