Hey,

Has anyone managed to watch this film yet with Jessica Alba?

I imported the DVD from the USA and i must say i was pretty impressed.

It kept me glued to the screen to find out why she was seeing dead people.

I would really recommend it. I don't understand why the critics didn't enjoy it.

I'm glad i purchased it.
 
I thought the remake was OK... dragged on a bit in places and seemed a bit slow but I don't think it deserved the really negative reviews it recieved!
 
I watched it [I'm a big fan of Jessica's - I've been a fan sinse 1996].

I thought The Eye was decent. I mean for an American remake of an asian movie it was ok and better than Americanised versions of The Ring 2 and The Grudge 2 [better by a mile]. In no way does it deserve the negativity surrounding it.
