This looks very much like the same sort of extended trailer that was put on the net for Rambo a couple of years back. I would say that Stallone's leaking these to drum up support for his films.
Expect high quality copies of The Expendables to have "leaked" on to the net before or very soon after cinema release, courtesy of Mr Stallone.
