M Medha New member Mar 26, 2010 #1 ...Mail.? I am using rich text, yet I have no icons visible. I cannot highlight or use color text. The row of icons on my compose page is not visible. When I mouse over the empty boxes, the option for example, "bold" pops up but I need the icons.
