I have heard rumors that they won't be doing another Elder Scrolls, but based on the success of Morrowind and Oblivion, I would highly doubt those are true. Bethesda, the creators, took some time to work on Fallout 3 so the next one (V) will probably be some time away, especially since they are still releasing DLC's for F3. If I had to estimate, I would say it will be in three or four years, which may be around the time the next set of consoles comes out, which could push the production back another year or two due to new coding to work with and even more enhanced graphics on the the next consoles. Even if you're a PC player, the success of the console games will affect the release date since they will surely not release the PC one years early. I sure do hope it comes out sooner than my predictions though.
