The doom of beginning to commute to work

Started riding again about 2 1/2 yrs ago bought a new 06 M50 in 05/06. Have had 3 close calls. First one was a pickup w/trailer one car length in front of me,on freeway have a tire on trailer blowout spun him around. How I missed him don't know. Number two she would have tried to share my lane if I was in my cage or on the bike. Hate drivers on cell phones!!! The third one was onther bike.Passed me on the right (city street) waved and then turned left. I ride everyday (I drive my cage only when I have to) I find that if you ride like no one can see you or if they can they want to hit you, you will be ready for almost anything. Also I have both a headlight modulator and a brake modulator. I know the headlight modulator works cause I see other drivers take a quick second look. Both of my bikes have these on them (have a 08 C109 & M50. (M50 is for sale) ) if you don't have them !!! GET THEM!!!!! Only other thing is ride relaxed, have fun and keep rubber on the downside

Wrong thread. Landry is in the MIA thread. It has been a bit slow around here lately so a zombie thread really "livens" thing up. Don't ya think?

Actually, statistically, when there is an accident between a car and a motorcycle it is the cars fault a little over half the time, but 40% of all bike accidents only involve the motorcycle and its rider.....
