The DMV charged my account twice for a car registration!?

What should I do. On Friday we registered my car at the DMV and when we were paying almost 200 dollars, the asked to see my card again as the printer jammed or something of that sort. She said something about a post-void but on Saturday I checked my checking account online, and it said I was charged twice from the DMV! Since it is a Sunday I cannot contact them until tomorrow but if I go to the DMV how can I get my money back and what sort of proof do I need? Any information would help thanks!!
**By the way it is in New York if that makes a difference.**
