the difference between adobe bridge / light room / and my canon zoom browser software?

Hi all,

I just shot some pictures today in RAW, and was wondering what the best software is for viewing / editing RAW images is.

I have:
Adobe Bridge,
Lightroom,
and my Canon software (that came with the camera) Canon Zoom Browser EX.

I'm not sure what these programs do in terms of features, which is the best, and which one I should be using...!

Any ideas from RAW users?
