B-The plaintiff has a case for conversion and intentional infliction of emotional distress
C-The plaintiff has a case for battery and conversion
 
I don't think the plaintiff has any case at all.Conversion did not occur because the plaintiff willingly handed over the purse and no threat of bodily harm was done to obtain the purse.
