GOod morning, I lease a mazda 323 2010 36 month 12m a year. they gave me the car but they call me and told me that I have to turn the car back because the bank did not approve the loan. WHAT??? they told me that everything was fine, I did some research and it was a spot sell or something like that....ok my question is..they want me to return the car today. but i had the car for 30 days since I sign for the lease..my question: if I return the car, do i have to pay money to them? why they give me the car and now if i give the car back, I dont have a car..i need to go to work and school? what should I do? Please ..any legal advice on it???
The dealer MAZDA wants the car back , it is a lease?
