The deal between GM and the CAW.?

The deal worked out between the CAW and the management of GM is going to a vote soon. My question, what and how much of an ownership of GM is the CAW getting in order to convince the Union member to accept this pay cut and loss of free benefits, as well as, a reduction in pension to those already retired?
 
Its either take a pay cut or be laid off. Some money is better than no money.
