1. what are the possible solutions to the dangers of mobiles?
2. Are there any drawbacks?
3. have any of these solutions been introduced already?
4. in your opinions are these solutions worth doing? why?

i just cant find any answers to these on the internet

The dangers of mobile phones was originally concerned with having the equivalent of a radio transmitter pressed against your head; turns out to be a very minor worry and no worry unless your on the things hours at a time.
The more immediate concern is that the modern phone allows texting and service that demand you view it's screen. Obviously very bad idea in certain situations, such as while driving.
Another item often not noticed; is you can keep a good deal of personal information on a phone, an obvious security and privacy danger considering they are easy to loose or be stolen.
