The outcome of the cuban missle crisis was a victory for both the USA and USSR. Do you agree? why or why not?
 
NO ONE WON

THERE WAS A SHOWDOWN AND EVERYONE LOST
THERE WERE RUMORS THAT ALL THE MISSLES DID NOT LEAVE CUBA
BUT TO KEEP BELABORING THE POINT WOULD HAVE PUT US AT WAR.

JFK WAS NOT READY TO GO TO WAR WITH RUSSIA (THANK GOODNESS)
 
Yes, I agree. The Soviets got their point across and the U.S. was able to avoid a catastrophic incident.
 
The United States was the victor, actually JFK was the man that got it done. He got the Russians to back down before anouncing the we were going to remove our forces from Turkey.
