the cricket mobile video on fully flashed phones

hi
every body
i have saw this with the fully flash phones like the lg and samsung phones " not with bin files " just setting like lg vx8500 or moto q,,,"
that when i try
to go to " entertaniment " in the main cricket website and try to use the "mobile video" on the "lifestyle" page you have this msg {" your device is not supported for this service but please continue to check out the ......"}
but with the fully flash phones with the bin file like v3 or l7 or ,,,,
you can get it
is there any fix for it or
did any body think of this before i never saw any thred about this so am sorry if i overlook it and there is some thing out about this subject

Its something that the Mobile Video store front would have to turn on, they said they would be doing that later down the road...which might turn out to be never, only certen phones can do it right now Motorolas Being one of them, and the reason those can do it is cause Cricket had those phones and there are full flash files for those phones, cricket has not had the LG phones if they did that would be killer.

i have another thing i wont to ask you about
the mms does it work with jump just like cricket
most of the phones that i sell work fine with cricket as mms but if it been used with jump it ownt do it right
