The cost to resurface a two car driveway?

My daughter and I just bought a new home 2 yrs ago and it snowed thirty inches after the first year we were in it. I didn't know that on a newly built home that you weren't supposed to put salt on a concrete driveway and i damaged it by doing it and now it has a lot of cracks and pebble holes. I would like to have it resurfaced and I would like to know what the cost will be? By doing it ourselves seems relatively easy but not confident enough to try to do it.
 
Cracks and pebble holes most likely did not come from salt. It sounds more like a really bad job of pouring the drive. I doubt that there was reinforcing rods or wire, and that the mixture was not in the correct proportion.
A good crack sealer (for holes, too) will probably get you by for quite a few years.
