Lincoln financial. Can you answer this? They left $3700.00 in my Prudential account because I borrowed $4,000 out of my 403 B out of desperation to get a septic system. Its been paid back for a little over 2 yrs now and everytime I talk to the Lincoln Financial rep at work, he tells me he will fix it and have the $3000+ put into my 403B with Lincoln, but he doesnt do it. He told me that a little over a year ago. I just got another statement in the mail which says I have $3,700.00 in the Prudential account. They have not transferred the money into my Lincoln account even 3-4 yrs after my loan is paid off. Can I roll it over into a Roth IRA or some other investment. Does it have to go to the Lincoln Financial group? I have lost $12,000 in my 403B over the last 18 mo and have to remind them once again to move that money. Why cant they get it on the ball there? I asked Lincoln for a new password 2 mo ago and still dont have access to my account. They have not sent me the password.
