The chick that sold me my verizon phone was awful

I bought my phone & started my plan w/verizon @ the stand @ my local costco and she wasn't very clear about certain things. She told me that I would be able 2 have the 5 friends and family but my Dad has AT&T so that means I can't right?

She also said that I would recieve my phone in 2 days after subscribing (subscribed on a wednesday), told I would recieve it on Saturday and asked if I could pay extra to have overnight delivery or Saturday delivery because UPS doesn't deliver on saturdays. I was told that since its already under 48 hr delivery, its quick enough... wtf
 
Depending on your rate plan you might have "Friends and Family", if you do you can place your Father's number on it. It won't use your minutes to call him, but it WILL use HIS minutes when you do (unless he places you on the "A List" that at&t has or it is nights and weekends for him).

Your best bet is to go to a traditional Corporate store and have them clarify what rate plan you are on and any questions you might have.
